there's just me and my girl.
She's sick, and her temp flew up to 41.8 C.
Parenting is the most overwhelming, courageous, and scariest job I'll ever do.
Pretty much all I can do right now is this.
I hope that she's getting better, poor baby. Prayer is exactly what popped into my head too. I prayed for Sean to get over his horrible cough, which had been going on for weeks and weeks. The very next morning i didn't hear a peep out of him. Wow!
Of course "this" is often easier said than done! I do love that link though..great stuff. It's like the world tips sideways when your kids are really sick but they are also amazingly resilient. My Rob worked in our Children's ward for 10 years. I have come to believe the natural process of healing & recovery in itself is a miracle & it WILL come to your household too..probably in just a day or two! X
Parenting is all that and more isn't it! It is terrifying when our munchkins are sick, my thoughts are with you.
